🪄 The professional domain I live in is Enterprise Architecture which I deeply embrace from end to end - creating value for people and companies who try to solve organizational challenges with change approaches and technology. If you need advice or practical hands-on support to get things done in your Enterprise IT landscape, let me know. My focus points are Big Data, Modern Analytics, Process Orchestration and Enterprise-grade AI.
♥️ My passion is to dive deep into new topics, find the core essence of that value, and make this visible to others to allow learning opportunities and solution delivery to happen.
🤖 Occasionally I love to get my hands dirty in the machine room, and so you might find some quite nerdy posts in my timeline, talking about how to realize some patterns with technical means.
💡 I am deeply convinced that we need more agentic patterns in our way of working, allowing people and machines to act autonomously and align with others in a mesh, so that we get consistency eventually. My preferred environments are open to that view and work in the agile spirit with self-determined teams and devops principles not only in tech but also in the business.
🧩 Learning is in my opinion a central puzzle piece for every human evolution and so I absolutely encourage every person to take ownership of their own learning path. No external entity can do that for you, so groom your own little and big flows of how you learn, and share with others. Coming from that insight, my latest big side project was the development of the private free school I cofounded, so you might find some reflections from this space in my thread, too.

Why "sprantic"? What does it mean?
🌟 I define sprantic as a sudden outburst of energy. Spontaneous, hard to control, but if you are able to tame it, it can bring you into new spheres.
👉 It is also a synonym to chaordic, a word created by Dee Hock, the CEO and Founder of VISA International, who happened to be also a great systems thinker.
